These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern all commercial transactions, orders, purchases and service relationships between Ulvess (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and all customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) purchasing products via the official Ulvess Shopify store. By placing an order on our website, the Buyer fully accepts and agrees to abide by these sales terms and all applicable French commercial laws and consumer regulations.

All sales activities are governed by the laws of France, including the French Consumer Code and commercial transaction regulations.

2. Product Information & Description

Ulvess strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and promotional information displayed on the Shopify store are accurate, clear and up-to-date. All product visuals are for reference only; minor differences in color, texture or detail caused by shooting light, display device differences and manual production processes shall not be deemed as product quality defects.
The Seller reserves the right to update product information, adjust product styles and specifications without prior notice, provided that such adjustments will not affect confirmed paid orders.

3. Order Placement & Contract Formation

When the Buyer completes online order submission and successful payment, the sales contract between both parties is officially formed. Ulvess reserves the right to verify all order information, including customer identity, payment validity and shipping information.
The Seller has the right to cancel or refuse unqualified orders, including but not limited to orders with abnormal transaction data, false information, duplicate malicious orders, or orders violating relevant laws and platform rules. For cancelled valid orders, full refunds will be processed to the original payment account.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

All product prices displayed on the website are final prices applicable for online transactions. Prices do not include international customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees incurred by the destination country, which shall be borne by the Buyer.
All payments must be completed through the official payment channels supported by the Shopify store. The Buyer guarantees that all payment behaviors are legal and compliant. Ulvess will not bear any losses caused by the Buyer’s illegal payment operations or third-party payment channel failures.
Once the payment is confirmed successfully, the order cannot be modified arbitrarily. If the Buyer needs to adjust order information, they must contact customer service within the order processing period.

5. Processing & Delivery Terms

Order Processing Time: All confirmed paid orders will be processed, packaged and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and French public holidays).
Shipping Transit Time: After dispatch, the standard international delivery time is 14–21 business days. Delivery delays caused by customs clearance, logistics peak seasons, force majeure events or local policy adjustments are not within the Seller’s controllable scope.
The Buyer shall provide accurate and complete shipping address and contact information. The Seller shall not be liable for package loss, return or delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer.

6. Order Tracking & Risk Transfer

After the package is dispatched, the Seller will send a tracking number to the Buyer’s registered email. The Buyer can check the real-time logistics status independently. The risk of product loss, damage or accidental loss shall be transferred to the Buyer from the moment the package is delivered to the official logistics carrier.

7. Return, Refund & After-Sales Policy

In compliance with French consumer protection laws, the Buyer enjoys the statutory right of withdrawal. Customers can apply for return or refund for non-quality problems within the legal cooling-off period, provided that the products are unused, intact, unwashed, with original packaging and accessories complete.
For product quality problems, damaged goods or wrong item delivery caused by the Seller, Ulvess will bear the return shipping cost and provide full refund, replacement or re-delivery services after verification.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment account within a reasonable working period after the return application is approved and the goods are received and inspected.

8. Customer Obligations

The Buyer shall abide by relevant national laws and international trade conventions, and shall not purchase our products for illegal resale, infringement or other illegal purposes. Customers are prohibited from submitting false, malicious or fraudulent orders.
The Buyer shall bear all legal liabilities and losses arising from their violation of sales terms, false information provision or illegal use of products.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for performance delay or contract breach caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, war, epidemic situations, government policy adjustments, logistics suspension and other uncontrollable external factors. The affected party shall notify the other party in a timely manner and resume performance as soon as the impact is eliminated.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Sales Terms and all sales contracts are governed exclusively by the laws of France. In case of any dispute arising from order transactions, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.

11. Terms Revision & Validity

Ulvess reserves the right to revise and update these General Terms of Sale at any time. The updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the store page. Continued purchase and use of our services after the update constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
If any clause of these terms is deemed invalid due to legal policy adjustments, the remaining clauses shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
